WQBZ cable duct sealing system, is a new technology of pipeline in Zhuzhou city science and technology trade limited company R & D completely waterproof, the technology is the improvement and perfection of the similar foreign products, the existing technology, and has obtained the National Patent Office patent (patent application No.: 201120169284.9). The system is mainly used in electric power, space closure of communication cable protection pipe at both ends of the cable pipe network synchronization, waterproof, anti sediment, rat proof effect.
The material is safe and reliable WQBZ cable duct sealing products; installation simple and quick operation, convenient disassembly, can greatly improve work efficiency; product plugging effect of long duration, frequent plugging construction can be completely reversed due to the traditional product performance defects, greatly reduce the maintenance cost. Characteristics and performance advantages of WQBZ inflatable type cable pipe sealing system has, fully able to meet the electricity, telecommunications industry under the new situation of cable duct construction, maintenance and repair work, quality requirements and efficiency requirements. 1, WQBZ pipeline sealing plug. Products are divided into six types, respectively corresponding cable pipe with different diameter (30mm-280mm). The main products for the polymer extrusion die (a metal) produced sealing type hollow bag; product charging port position inside the silica gel material, prevent the charging port leakage; product outer 360 men with waterproof adhesive tape, so that products are inflated and cable duct wall forming dense paste, to completely waterproof sealing effect. 2, WQBZ reducing rubber bushing. Product function is to reduce the cable protection pipe diameter (i.e. plugging space), combined with pneumatic pipe plug to solve the plugging problem of large diameter pipe protection. Product design for open cylindrical, scalability of certain, cable protection pipe plugging for 200mm to 250mm; the product layer adds a layer of modified rubber tape, self-adhesive to be on the wall of the pipeline; installation of WQBZ diameter rubber bushing block, can solve the pipe wall is not smooth and irregular problems; the bushing mounting and demolition, the bushing can be used for the two time.
